"As a matcha lover/enthusiast, I'm always on search for a great tasting matcha! (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠) I've tried matcha lattes from different stores/cafés and most of them sadly tastes like milk and sugar and a little bit of matcha. When I stumbled upon Piccola at Shang and saw their matcha menu, I immediately wanted to try their matcha latte. ʘ⁠‿⁠ʘ As for the taste, the milk does not overpower the matcha. And it's good! I love it. I just wish that they have a larger size tho but their matcha is refreshing esp if you're not fond of the generic matcha lattes that can be bought on most cafés (⁠｡⁠•̀⁠ᴗ⁠-⁠)⁠ Value for money - I think it's good! (⁠・⁠∀⁠・⁠) Service - great customer service as well! The staffs are well-trained and they are kind and accommodating! I can absolutely see that they are always willing to assist their customers and perform an extra mile to thejr customers regardless of the customer's order and request. (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠ Very nice café design too! I will definitely reco this to my friends (⁠◕⁠દ⁠◕⁠)"

"Went to grab a Spanish Latte, the atmosphere alone is worth it. The coffee itself is really good, and I love how it looks like an alfresco area but thanks to the open light, it really is a good place to write, talk with friends, and more. I appreciate the service as well bringing my drink to the table. Overall a great experience!"

"I really love the cozy ambiance of this mini café—it’s such a charming little spot to relax. The affogato was a highlight, rich and full of flavor! However, the moist cake was a bit on the dry side, so I’m hoping for some improvement there. Shoutout to the kuya who served me—he was incredibly kind and attentive, definitely deserves a raise! While the food is on the pricier side, I’m hopeful that continued improvements will make the experience even more worth it."
